Senior Medical Director, LTSS & Care Innovation

Jobtailor is seeking a physician leader to manage utilization across the Kansas Medicaid LTSS program. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate care, benefits, and policy interpretation.

The role requires an MD/DO with ABMS/AOA board certification, an unrestricted license, and extensive clinical experience. You will guide clinical operations, conduct peer reviews, develop medical policies, and drive quality, cost, and outcome improvements.
