Job Description

Job Opportunity: Experienced PICU Nurse

Our organization is in search of a skilled PICU Nurse to deliver specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients through travel or contract assignments. This position involves managing high-acuity cases and requires a strong background in pediatric intensive care.

Key Responsibilities

Administer complex ventilator and hemodynamic support.
Titrate critical medication drips as necessary.
Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care.
Support and educate families regarding patient care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
Quickly adapt to various hospital environments and protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in pediatric intensive care nursing.
Strong clinical skills in managing critically ill patients.
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to new settings.
