Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon is seeking a compassionate and experienced Activities Director to join our team in Mt. Lebanon, PA. As a vital member of our care community, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that enrich the lives of our residents and promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. About The Role Developing and implementing a diverse range of activities, including arts, crafts, games, and social events Collaborating with nursing staff to identify and meet the unique needs and interests of our residents Conducting assessments to determine the needs and preferences of our residents and developing individualized activity plans Recruiting and supervising volunteers and activity aides Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and activity programs Developing and managing budgets for activity programs Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards What We Offer Join a dynamic and supportive team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
