Patient Care Technician

• Provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment • Record vital signs and patient data • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members • Float between local clinics if needed Requirements Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shifts on your feet Willing to float between local clinics if needed Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays No dialysis experience required; training provided Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience Core Competencies Demonstrates the ability to provide compassionate and safe dialysis care while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
