Sr.QA Analyst - ODPS-State of Ohio

Job Details Title: Sr.QA Analyst - ODPS-State of Ohio Location: Columbus, Ohio Classification: Quality Assurance Specialist 3 (QAS3) Responsibilities Proactively engage in the end-to-end software testing cycle for the ATPS Rewrite project. Work closely with and follow direction from the QA Lead. Contribute to establishing and meeting quality goals and objectives for the ATPS Blue project. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) in collaboration with the QA Lead and team. Collaborate with the ODPS ATPS project team to test updates, patches, and repairs to ATPS Blue application components across development, test, and QA environments. Develop software changes for promotion to production following best practices and standards defined by ODPS ITO. Take corrective action, subject to ODPS management approval, to resolve all issues and problems encountered during testing to ensure applications perform as required. Recommend and develop automated testing procedures and scripts where appropriate. Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills. Strong influence, collaboration, and negotiation experience. Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. Excellent oral and written skills, with strong meeting and facilitation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and resources to meet deadlines. Strong understanding of prioritization based on system and user requirements. Excellent organizational skills, combined with analytical, planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Proficiency in the English language, clear and understandable communication. Required Experience and Skills At least 1 year of experience as ODPS within a large organization. 7 years of experience testing IT products and applications. End‑to‑end testing experience. 7 years of experience using testing tools such as MTM, QTP, and Quality Center. Ability to design, develop, execute test cases, and log defects with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS). Experience with Microsoft Test Manager. Experience testing Microsoft SQL database projects. Test automation experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr StrongBasics
