Shift: Monday-Friday (3 office days, 2 surgery days) with admin leadership time

Patient Population: Adult / Women s Health
Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Clinic
Responsibilities: Clinical OB/GYN care, deliveries, surgery, women s health program leadership, physician mentorship, strategic program development
Required Procedures: OB/GYN procedures, surgery, deliveries
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Certified Nurse Midwives, MFM support, multidisciplinary team
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: Shared 1:6 call rotation with standard weekend coverage
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN Required
- Active Ohio License (or willing to obtain) Required
- Minimum 5 years OB/GYN experience Required
- Leadership experience preferred; Clean malpractice history; NPDB required
