Position Summary We are searching for dependable and energetic Events Assistants for immediate start to support parking operations, guest coordination, and traffic flow during events throughout Cincinnati. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities * Assist with parking and traffic coordination during events. * Direct vehicles to designated parking areas safely and efficiently. * Support event setup, signage placement, and operational preparation. * Provide guests with directions and parking-related assistance. * Monitor parking areas to maintain organization and safety. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods. * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules. * Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused. * Previous event, parking, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
