You’ll be the face of exciting events and pop-up shops, engaging with customers to introduce products and services, and driving sales and enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Represent brands at events in high-traffic retail locations Engage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollments Create memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyalty Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals Learn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies Work with the team to improve event outcomes What We’re Looking For: Ambitious, self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment Great communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement Eager to learn and grow with clear opportunities for advancement Able to work independently in retail or event-based settings Flexible and reliable — must be willing to work weekends and retail hours Qualifications: No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus) Must be 18+ years old Reliable transportation to travel to event locations Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment and want to learn event marketing and sales, this is the role for you! Commission-based pay structure following a 4-6 week paid training period. Average representatives earn $800–$1,200 per week. Top representatives earn $1,200–$2,500+ per week. This role is inside big box retailers, the Retail Event Marketing Assistant will be required to travel within a designated 40 mile territory to assigned location Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
