As a 3rd Shift Packager, you'll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by preparing products for shipment, ensuring packaging quality, and supporting warehouse operations during overnight hours.

What You'll Do As a Packager, you will be responsible for:

• Repacking boxes and bags of product into organized shipping cases to meet order requirements.
• Carefully placing cereal bags and boxes into shipping cartons with accuracy and efficiency.
• Counting and verifying product quantities to ensure complete and correct orders.
• Safely stacking boxes and pallets to prepare for storage or shipment.
• Inspecting products and packaging for quality issues and documenting defects.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote a healthy work environment.
• Supporting overall production and packaging activities as needed during the shift.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime or extra days when required by production demands.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Prior packaging, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not mandatory.
