Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with rehabilitation for post-acute or long-term care patients preferred.
• Client requirement: ability to provide care within the facility’s electronic documentation system as directed by the client.
• Client requirement: availability to work the specified days and shift hours for the assignment.
