Hybrid Assistant Director of Operations / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-School-Aged/Adult Clinic We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to serve in a dual-role capacity as both Assistant Director of Operations and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our school-aged clinic. This leadership position combines operational oversight with a small clinical caseload, allowing the individual to influence organizational growth while remaining connected to client outcomes. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys leadership, process improvement, staff development, and operational management while maintaining direct clinical involvement. Assistant Director of Operations Partner with executive leadership to oversee daily operations and organizational initiatives. Support recruitment, onboarding, staff retention, and employee engagement efforts. Monitor operational workflows and implement systems that improve efficiency and service quality. Assist with scheduling oversight, capacity management, and service expansion planning. Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives. Analyze operational metrics and develop action plans to improve performance. Participate in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and program development. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional client outcomes and staff support. Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence. BCBA Clinical Responsibilities Manage a small caseload sufficient to support billable hour expectations. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and clinical staff. Monitor client progress and make data-based treatment decisions. Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers as needed. Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. Support clinical quality initiatives and staff development. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of ABA clinical experience. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff. Strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice. Preferred Previous operational, management, or director-level experience. Experience with program development and organizational growth.
