This full-time role runs from August 17, 2026, to September 4, 2026, covering maternity leave. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and relevant intervention strategies
• Proficiency designing and delivering individualized student care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services for students in an elementary autism program
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education and treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators to integrate communication goals within the classroom
• Maintain detailed documentation aligned with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer consultative support to staff and families regarding communication strategies
