Community Manager (A1478075HP) Newton, Massachusetts Salary: USD23 - USD23 per hour Our client, a commercial real estate services company, is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk team member for a short-term temporary assignment in Newton, MA. This role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, paying $23/hour, and is scheduled to run from October 26 through November 13. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming first point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors while supporting day-to-day front desk operations in a commercial office building. Job Responsibilities Greet tenants, clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Respond to tenant requests and service needs promptly Provide information regarding building amenities and services Assist with coordinating and supporting onsite events Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Communicate with building management and service teams Log and track tenant requests, messages, and visitor information as needed Candidate Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with tenants and visitors Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Events or hospitality experience is a plus Basic computer and phone system skills Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
