• We provide technical direction, leadership, and strategic guidance to a team of senior and principal engineers.
• We define and deliver a clear, prioritized roadmap covering features, platform investments, and operational enhancements.
• We partner with Product Management, OCI teams, and Oracle stakeholders to align objectives, manage dependencies, and deliver integrated solutions.
• We drive and improve engineering practices, including design reviews, readiness reviews, quality controls, and incident postmortems.
• We present technical direction, risk, and delivery progress in executive updates and strategic planning forums.
• We monitor the health and performance of our global OCI fleet, identify trends, reduce risk, and maintain fault-tolerant telemetry infrastructure.
