Credentialing Associate

To support a growing mental health care initiative, the full-time Credentialing & Enrollment Associate will ensure timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment for Providers, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall Provider experience. Key responsibilities Manage the credentialing and enrollment process, including scoping requirements for new payer implementations and submitting applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and share operational insights Educate and support credentialing and enrollment associates on new processes and payers Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with health insurance plans or credential verification organizations Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Account Delivery or Provider Success teams Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM/ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) Ability to develop, document, and optimize processes into clear documentation Must reside in the United States, excluding California and Washington
