Provider Relations Associate

To support a growing network of massage therapists and wellness providers, the remote Provider Relations Associate will communicate with prospective providers, guide them through onboarding and credentialing, and ensure a positive experience for active therapists. Key responsibilities Communicate with prospective therapists and providers via phone, text, and email Guide providers through the application, onboarding, and credentialing process Conduct provider outreach and follow-up with applicants and active providers Required qualifications Experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, or provider relations Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems, and remote collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
