Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
- Current state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
- Compliance with facility registry personnel requirements, including wearing a visible photo badge at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams
