Business Analyst, ERP - WMS

Responsibilities Administer and maintain RF-SMART environments (user setup, security, device configuration). Configure RF-SMART workflows including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory movements, and cycle counting. Customize RF-SMART forms, menus, and business logic to align with operational requirements. Support RF device setup (handheld scanners, printers) and troubleshoot connectivity/performance issues. Work within JDE modules such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Procurement. Analyze and troubleshoot integration points between RF-SMART and JDE. Support UAT, deployments and system changes impacting warehouse operations. Partner with warehouse and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Design and implement improved RF workflows to increase accuracy and throughput. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system configurations. Serve as the primary point of contact for RF-SMART-related issues. Diagnose and resolve functional and basic technical issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with IT, developers and vendors when escalation is required. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Requirements 3+ years of experience with RF-SMART (or similar warehouse mobility solutions). Working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE), especially Inventory and Warehouse processes. Experience configuring RF workflows and supporting warehouse operations. Strong understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory control). Ability to troubleshoot functional/system issues and translate business needs into system solutions.
