Specialty Client Service Coordinator Oncology $23.56$27.00/hour | Campbell, CA | Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Schedule: Full-time: 5/8 schedule with weekend and some holiday availability. Part-time and per diem schedules are flexible. SAGE Campbell is hiring a Specialty Client Service Coordinator Oncology to provide exceptional client service in our specialty veterinary hospital. Veterinary hospital experience is strongly preferred, along with at least 1 year of customer service and hospitality experience. In Your Day-to-day You Will: Welcome clients and provide compassionate, professional veterinary client service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare clients for veterinary visits Serve as a key point of contact for clients receiving veterinary oncology services Coordinate communication and workflow between clients and the oncology and clinical teams Prepare, compile, and maintain veterinary medical records Enter accurate client and patient information into the hospital information system Assist with billing, payment collection, and insurance-related questions Support daily administrative and client service operations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service experience 1+ year of hospitality or client-facing experience Veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred Strong computer and data-entry skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to type 45+ words per minute and use a 10-key calculator Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Compassionate and professional approach when working with pet owners About SAGE Campbell SAGE Campbell is a specialty and emergency veterinary hospital providing Emergency, Critical Care, Urgent Care, Surgery, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Physical Rehabilitation services.
