Front Desk & Guest Experience Specialist

Altitude Trampoline Park is hiring a Front Desk Team Member in San Jose to help guests have a memorable visit. You will greet guests, provide information, handle bookings and waivers, and operate the POS system while upholding park rules and safety standards.
The role reports to the park Manager and requires a friendly, energetic attitude and strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced environment and daily responsibilities.
