Your Opportunity Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team in Fenton, MO to establish and maintain relationships with customers on behalf of the company by ensuring that all customer requirements and needs are completely met. As a CSR, you must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our products and solutions. The position is also responsible for communicating customer requirements to other teams, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Work Authorization To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Hours: Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5 pm (on-site); occasional weekend shifts Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, proactive communication with internal and external partners. Manage customer relationships, expectations, escalations, and issue resolution through root cause analysis and timely follow-up. Coordinate projects, deliverables, workflows, and deadlines to ensure customer requirements are met. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Estimation, PrePress, PreFlight, Shipping, and other teams to support customer needs. Review quotes, purchase orders, job documentation, communications, proofs, and reports for accuracy and consistency. Utilize business systems and tools to manage timelines, job requirements, and customer information. Perform detailed administrative tasks while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Continuously develop professional skills and contribute to an enhanced customer experience. You Must Have The ability to understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies. The ability to understand and help the customer articulate their needs. Ability to effectively present and discuss products and services in a way that conveys quality, integrity, and a superior understanding of customer needs. Ability to resolve all customer needs — orders, requests, follow-up activity — across multiple systems and functions courteously, efficiently, quickly, and accurately. Ability to autonomously manage multiple-solution customers and related demands with ease. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook. Working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and MAC systems. High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new technology. High school education or above. We Would Also Prefer 3 years of related/relevant experience. Experience in print, marketing, or promotional products. Salesforce.com knowledge.
