Shipping Team Lead

Job Summary This person will be the lead over the 3 departments noted above. They will oversee and support within all 3 departments, maintain accurate inventory within all 3 departments, and ensure that associates on the floor complete daily activities as business dictates. The role requires performing responsibilities safely, accurately, and timely while following safety policy, quality standards, 6S+1 principles, and time standards. The person will provide training to new associates and promote a safe work environment. Additional duties include inbound receiving and auditing, daily putaway and outbound shipments, handling customer returns and repairs, managing RMA inventory, and coordinating the International department to transfer stock between facilities. Education & Experience High school graduate 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics (shipping/receiving/inventory management) At least 2 years of experience utilizing a WMS Skills Needed Computer literacy including Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Control Systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer), and intermediate PC skills; Oracle knowledge is required. Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and management. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities, with the ability to respond and re‑prioritize to meet business requirements. Strong sense of urgency. Physical Demands Position requires sitting, walking, stooping, bending, talking in person or by phone/video, and lifting large, small, or awkward items as needed. Work may be in a non‑climate controlled facility with exposure to heat or cold. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with the ADA.
