Job Responsibilities
  • Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and formulate specialized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.
  • Implement Therapeutic Solutions: Employ evidence-based practices to bolster patients' motor abilities, cognition, and daily living skills.
  • Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver integrated, comprehensive patient care.
  • Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on therapy approaches to encourage continuous progress outside of clinical settings.
  • Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor progress and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure patients stay on their path to recovery.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
  • Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and will receive support.
Licensure
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
