Your Role in Patient Healing

In this position, you will go beyond simply managing symptoms; you will help restore cherished routines, rekindle confidence, and bring joy back to everyday activities. From assisting stroke survivors in mastering fine motor skills to aiding orthopedic patients in reclaiming mobility post-surgery, your extensive experience will help deliver person-centered care that promotes both resilience and independence.

This is not a clinic where we rely on checklists or shortcuts. Every patient has a unique narrative, and every therapy session is another chapter in their inspiring journey. You will partner closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers to create rehabilitation strategies that reflect the individuality of each patient.

Why You Will Love Working Here - and Being Part of Our Community

We've cultivated a truly special environment at our facility. Our rehabilitation team does more than clock in and out; we cheer one another on, share knowledge, and celebrate achievements - both great and small. You'll find a workplace where your contributions are valued, your professional development is fostered, and your impact resonates every day.

And let's talk about our location: Henderson, a city that captivates and rewards exploration. Here, you can escape the ordinary hustle - instead, enjoy exceptional outdoor recreation, from hiking and biking in picturesque parks to trying your hand at golfing on pristine courses. The community thrives with vibrant entertainment options, mouth-watering cuisine from diverse restaurants, artsy murals, and engaging events year-round. Despite its growth, there's a pace here that still allows for leisurely strolls and conversations under the stars.

Your Ideal Candidate

We are in search of someone who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a job but as a calling. Someone who genuinely glows with satisfaction when a patient regains function, or takes their first steps unassisted. Whether you're an experienced OTR/L or a fresh graduate with certification, you will flourish in this role if you bring enthusiasm, tenacity, and kindness to your practice. If blending exceptional care with a high-quality lifestyle resonates with you - this is your new home.
