Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift Rehabilitation RN at Lourdes Health Join our dynamic team at Lourdes Health in Pasco, WA, where you can make a real impact on the lives of our patients. Position Highlights: - Role: Rehabilitation RN - Shift: Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Patient Ratios: 5:1 - Unit: 10-bed Rehabilitation unit specializing in adult and geriatric care - Patient Population: Orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting - Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement patient care plans - Utilize Meditech EHR for effective patient documentation and communication - Support patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring safety and comfort Qualifications: - Must have Rehabilitation RN experience - Required Education: RN - Preferred Skills: Experience with GG scoring and rehabilitation documentation - Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year Unit Information: - Equipment: Omnicell - Weekend Hours: Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
