Position Summary Audi San Diego is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is an important front‑line guest contact for the dealership and directly influences guests’ impressions by the way they greet them. What will you do? Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers. Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism. Make a friendly and premium‑brand appearance. Engage with customers to determine their automotive needs. Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses. Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees. What are we looking for? Computer/Administrative experience required. Xcel/Word experience highly desired. Customer service experience highly desired. Clean driving record or minimal violations.
