Senior Program Delivery Manager

Acting as a strategic bridge between internal operational teams and clients, the hybrid-remote Senior Program Delivery Manager will manage high-visibility technology programs, ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget while fostering strong client relationships and driving project success. Key responsibilities Manage internal and external resource schedules and oversee project execution following PMO standards Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, building executive-level relationships and driving customer satisfaction Lead complex enterprise IT projects, maintaining billable utilization targets and supporting business development efforts Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, professional services, or enterprise delivery Proven success in managing enterprise technology programs in client-facing environments Strong presence and communication skills, particularly in conveying technical solutions to non-technical clients Experience with advanced project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Relevant professional certifications preferred (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation)
