Position Description
Our client is looking for an experienced full stack Java Tech Lead to join our team. Ideally we would like to have a team member with a minimum 8 years of experience and exposure in the Manufacturing Industry domain knowledge, with good written & oral communication skills. Should have experience working with business users in analyzing the business requirements and address the Production system issues. This right person for this role will be responsible for developing Java/J2EE Web apps. This will be a great opportunity to the right candidate working in large enterprise apps footprint in a collaborative environment with team members spread across the globe.
Your Future Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the business requirements, provide accurate estimates and develop the code.
- Develop unit test cases, build the automated test cases, execute the test scripts.
- Provide Test Support for User Acceptance Testing.
- Respond to inquiries from Business Users for assistance in diagnosing Production System operations, data.
- Be able to make ongoing recommendation for operational improvements of production applications.
- Provide L3 support for critical production issues.
Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role
- Previous Full Stack Application Development experience in large scape Enterprise Web Apps.
- Good communications skills are a must, as this role involves working with business users; managing expectations.
