Senior Oracle HCM Reporting Analyst

VRIZE is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting Analyst to support enterprise HR reporting, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. This role will partner closely with HR, HRIS, and IT teams to develop reporting solutions, dashboards, analytics, and data models leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM, SQL, and BI tools. Work Model Hybrid – 3 days on-site in Fort Worth, TX What You\'ll Do Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, metrics, crosstabs, data extracts, and recurring reporting solutions. Work within Oracle Cloud HCM reporting environments, including HCM Extracts, to analyze and report on workforce data. Build and support reporting solutions using Oracle reporting tools, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and related analytics platforms. Design data models and reporting datasets; source, cleanse, transform, and structure HR data from multiple systems. Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, validation, and reconciliation activities. Create dashboards, trend reporting, visualizations, and analytical outputs that support HR operations and decision-making. Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, quality controls, testing, and issue resolution. Support Oracle Cloud releases, reporting enhancements, system integrations, and defect resolution activities. Document report logic, data definitions, data flows, and reporting architecture. Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR data. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR reporting, HR analytics, HRIS reporting, or Oracle Cloud HCM reporting. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting. Advanced SQL skills. Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehouse concepts, data modeling, and data architecture. Experience sourcing, joining, cleansing, transforming, and reporting on HR data. Experience building dashboards, operational reports, scheduled reports, and data extracts. Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting documentation. Ability to support testing for reporting changes, system releases, and data integrations. Strong understanding of HR data, HR business processes, employee lifecycle reporting, and HRIS procedures. Ability to work with confidential employee data and partner effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting People Analytics, HR Reporting, HRIS, or Workforce Analytics teams. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM subject areas, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, or Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). Experience with automated reporting delivery and recurring report maintenance. Experience with ETL, data integration, or sandbox environments. Experience supporting release testing, UAT, or defect resolution. Experience working with IT teams on source system data availability, data warehouse support, or BI administration.
