Dietary ClerkHours of Work: 5:30am-2pm / 10:00 - 6:30PMDays Of Week: Rotating days and weekendsWork Shift: Part Time (United States of America)Job Description: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Dietary Clerk is responsible for communications between the nursing units, dietitians and Food & Nutrition Services regarding patient menus, diet changes and general patient services. Ensures that patient receive appropriate selections per diet prescription.Job Requirements: High school Diploma or Equivalent required, 6 months of restaurant/institutional establishments preferred.Job Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and openly, build relationships to promote a collaborative environment, be accountable for your performance, always look for ways to improve the patient experience, take initiative for your professional growth, be engaged and eager to build a winning team.Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is the first full-service, acute care hospital in Midlothian, Texas.
