Rivia Health is a seed-stage, entering Series A, B2B SaaS software startup at the intersection of fintech and healthcare tech. We're on a mission to transform the medical billing experience by merging the worlds of technology and healthcare to solve patient and provider pain points and bring ease and efficiency to healthcare payments. Our mobile-first technology suite helps healthcare provider organizations increase overall patient payments, speed up cash flow, lower operating costs, and improve the patient experience. We help improve economic outcomes for patients and providers, delivering a 500%-2,000% return on investment for provider groups, making safe financing options available, and preventing patients from being sent to collections. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and competitive account executive professional to join our growing team. We need a team player who wants to get in on the ground floor of a mission-driven healthcare technology startup and work with the team to drive revenue growth. We foster an environment that allows our sales team members to grow, learn, and be compensated for their success. What you'll do The Account Executive (AE) role is a key part of RiviaHealth’s immediate and long-term growth plan. Research and create target prospecting lists using tools such as Zoom Info, Definitive Health, and LinkedIn. Identify, develop, and engage key stakeholders at top healthcare organizations. Outreach to prospects using a mix of calls, emails, and other communication mediums. Create a great first impression to prospects with a friendly attitude, compelling message, and consistent follow-up. Educate and develop prospects into qualified opportunities. Engage qualified leads via an organized and consistent outbound sales process. Book remote discovery and demo meetings with qualified leads. Run discovery, demo, and return on investment calls with prospective customers. Manage the process of closing a deal and successfully handing the customer over to our Account Management team. Partner with our Account Management team to grow your shared book of business. This process includes maintaining precise and accurate information of contacts, opportunities, and sales activities within the customer relationship management system (HubSpot CRM). Further develop a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and RiviaHealth’s value to our customers and become a trusted advisor on the ever-evolving needs of our customers. Bring insights from customer conversations back to the RiviaHealth team to help further refine the product features and sales messaging. What You Need 5+ years of inside SaaS sales experience 1+ years of experience within the healthcare and revenue cycle management industry Experience prospecting, running demos, and closing deals. Exceptional verbal and written business communication capabilities Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills Self-directed time management capability Open to ambiguity and an ever-changing environment Enthusiasm - Sales is a transfer of enthusiasm. Your energy positively impacts your conversations with clients and with the Riva Health team in every interaction. Persistence – You have demonstrated grit in challenging situations, and you embrace the need to move forward with momentum during an uphill journey. Team Player – You know how to give and receive feedback well and proactively bring ideas and recommendations to your team members as you collaborate to achieve a common goal. Resourcefulness – You find the right resources you need to succeed and ask the team for support along the way. What You Will Get Competitive base annual salary compensation package. OTE of $150,000 Variable commission based on sales pipeline development and new monthly bookings performance.
