How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the use of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes, ensuring care is safe, consistent, and grounded in the latest clinical standards.

• Partner with clinical leaders to identify quality and safety gaps, and implement solutions that strengthen patient care and team performance.

• Analyze patient safety and quality data to uncover trends and drive meaningful improvements in nursing practice.

• Coach and mentor caregivers through hands-on rounding and collaboration, building clinical confidence and capability across teams.

• Guide the development and implementation of practice guidelines and improvement initiatives that elevate care delivery at the unit or division level.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Work Experience:

• 2 years applicable experience required.

• 5 years preferred.
