As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, patient-focused care in accordance with departmental requirements and state-specific standards. You will collaborate with healthcare providers and the care team to offer personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing models such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ Additionally, you will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the patient’s condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient’s medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate action in case of adverse reactions.
• Deliver exceptional care by responding swiftly to patient requests, anticipating needs, and addressing them proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terms.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Our facility proudly serves Rutherford County, Tennessee, offering a 100-bed hospital that provides comprehensive medical care for both adults and children, including emergency and surgical services. Our medical staff comprises around 500 physicians across more than 45 specialties, many of whom have offices on-site.
