General Production Worker

Production Associate – Manufacturing

Pay: $22.00/hour

We are hiring a reliable Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, managing materials, and supporting the overall flow of the line.

Available Shifts:

• A Crew – 2am to 2pm

• B Crew – 2pm to 2am

• C Crew – 2am to 2pm

• D Crew – 2pm to 2am

2-2-3 Rotation

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment

• Keep materials stocked to avoid downtime

• Identify and report equipment or process issues quickly

• Work with supervisors and maintenance to resolve problems

• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience

• Strong attendance and reliability (critical for this role)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment

• Comfortable multitasking and solving problems in real time

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Work Environment:

• High-volume manufacturing floor

• Standing and working around machinery for extended periods

• Safety-focused environment with strict protocols

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inwood, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
