Souderton, PA $25.00 per Hour First Shift | 4-Day Work Week Tuesday-Friday 6:30 AM Start | 10-Hour Shifts

Job Responsibilities for Overhead Crane Operator:

• Safely operate overhead bridge cranes to transport precast concrete products and materials
• Move concrete forms, reinforcing steel, embedded materials, and finished products throughout the facility
• Inspect rigging, chains, slings, hooks, and crane components before use
• Follow proper lifting and rigging procedures to ensure safe load handling
• Work closely with production, quality, and shipping teams to support daily operations
• Assist with loading and staging products for shipment
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Keep work areas organized and free of safety hazards

Qualifications for Overhead Crane Operator:

• Previous overhead crane operating experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, construction, steel fabrication, or heavy industrial environments is a plus
• Familiarity with rigging, lifting procedures, and load control techniques
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties as needed
• Ability to follow work instructions and communicate effectively with team members
