Skills
Proven experience in handyman tasks or labor work preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report findings accurately.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
