Train, coach, motivate and lead the sales team. Recruit, interview and hire high-performing sales professionals. Help sales consultants establish and achieve monthly goals. Conduct sales meetings and ongoing training. Keep the sales team informed about inventory, incentives and advertising campaigns. Oversee vehicle appraisals, reconditioning, merchandising and wholesale activities. Present finance and insurance products that protect the customer’s investment. Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions. Process finance and lease transactions accurately. Maintain compliance with dealership, lender, state and federal requirements. At least two years of dealership management or finance and insurance experience. Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills. Excellent customer-service and relationship-building abilities. Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail. A consistent history of achieving sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction. High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
