CVCC Educational Foundation Administrative Assistant Central Virginia Community College is located in Lynchburg, Virginia, in view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. CVCC is a comprehensive two-year institution of higher education with an enrollment of approximately 5,000 students in occupational/technical programs and university-parallel/college transfer programs. CVCC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the operations of the CVCC Educational Foundation and Institutional Advancement office. This position plays a critical role by ensuring efficient scholarship administration, donor stewardship, board engagement, and foundation operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the Foundation’s scholarship process from application through award and reporting Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes Support daily office operations, budgets, events, and executive scheduling Process and track donor gifts, pledges, and acknowledgments Assist with grant tracking, reporting, and reimbursement requests Serve as a key point of contact for students, donors, and community partners Special Assignments May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
