Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Emotional Intelligence Psychotherapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families to address their unique challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions employing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems therapy to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Regularly monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and documenting all interactions in our secure electronic health records system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic and integrative care for our clients, participating in regular supervision and professional development activities.

• Providing crisis intervention as needed, utilizing a calm and responsive approach to ensure client safety and well-being.
