Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to evaluate their mental health needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may include joint sessions with couples as well as individual therapy for each spouse to address relational dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively address issues such as grief, conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and familial blended dynamics.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care strategies and strengthen our service offerings.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Hopeful Mind, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, and adolescents, seeking support for a variety of emotional and psychological issues. Common areas of focus involve navigating struggles related to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, job stress, and adjustment challenges such as separation or divorce. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and to address their unique needs is essential for promoting their healing journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
