Service Desk Support Analyst

Providing technology support and troubleshooting for supplied hardware and software, the full-time remote Service Desk Support Analyst will manage incoming incidents, perform daily systems administration, and serve as the primary contact for network partners and business colleagues. Key responsibilities Act as a single point of contact for issues and service requests, recording and tracking incidents in the Service Desk Provision user accounts, manage group memberships, and reset credentials for NMDP applications Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, coordinating with 2nd level support teams as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or an associate degree with two years of related experience Advanced user-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 or MacOS Intermediate experience with MS Office and business productivity software Understanding of user account management and directory services with Active Directory Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
