Overview The Delivery and Laundry Associate plays a dual roledriving our company vans to deliver and pick up laundry from clients and assisting with laundry production inside our facility. This position is perfect for a motivated individual who enjoys being active, values teamwork, and takes pride in quality work.
Responsibilities
- Delivery Duties Safely load, unload, and deliver laundry to commercial customers using a company van. Follow scheduled routes and ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Represent Wash Cycle Laundry positively and professionally with customers. Report any delays, vehicle issues, or customer feedback to supervisors.
- Laundry Production Duties Work as part of a small team processing laundry, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and pressing linen. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas. Follow all safety procedures and company standards for handling materials and equipment. Record production work in the company's digital tracking system.
Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience driving in the Boston metro area required. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work for 8-hour shifts. Must be able to work weekends. Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive communicator. Basic computer and smartphone skills (time clock, maps, tracking systems). Conversational English and/or Spanish or Portuguese helpful.
