Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Counter Sales Representative located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the prompt delivery of HVAC parts and supplies. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical support, and collaborating closely with other team members to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction. Light administrative duties and participation in inventory management may also be required. Qualifications Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, parts, and supplies Customer service and relationship management skills, including clear and professional communication Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to meet sales targets Proven ability to perform basic administrative tasks and use inventory management systems Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to learn and stay updated on HVAC industry trends Prior experience in HVAC sales or a related field is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC systems are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Jackson Supply Co.
