Job Purpose: Provide maintenance support to ensure safety of employees, equipment reliability, equipment uptime, and continuous improvements.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Job Requirements:

• Ensure the safety of employees and equipment
• Completion of scheduled preventive maintenance
• Perform repairs on production and facility equipment
• Completion of projects and tasks supporting continuous plant improvements
• Monitor equipment
• Analyze problems and proficiently solve them related to the plants needs

No supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Job Requirements:

• Employees are responsible for wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment in the proper manner at all times.
• Must be able and willing to work varying schedules which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, climb, kneel, or crouch.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds on occasions.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• This position requires working in a plant/warehouse environment. Therefore, expect varying working conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to do basic math. Ability to read, write, and understand the local language.
• Preferred Qualifications: Vocational Technical Education Certificate in Industrial Maintenance or related field. Functional competence with systems and skills relating to: Hydraulic Pneumatics HVAC Low Voltage Electrical Systems and Controls Mechanical Systems and Controls Material Handling Equipment General Construction Pipefitting Metal Fabrication including Welding, Cutting, and Assembly
• Functional Competencies: Adaptability/Flexibility Punctuality Dependability Technical Skills
