Schedule Full‑Time, Employed Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm No Weekends Compensation Starting at $22.52 for BHT level therapists

Licensure AZ Licensure reimbursed when renewed as a TH employee (according to policy). Position Summary Report directly to the LADDER Site Manager. Provide outpatient counseling services for individuals with co‑occurring substance use and mental health symptoms, including individual and group counseling, case management, and program coordination. This co‑located position requires working at both LADDER sites, with services delivered in the office or other appropriate locations. Clinician Duties Develop therapeutic relationships with clients in‑home or onsite as required. Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family. Utilize evidence‑based practices to meet client needs. Determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions. Seek supervision or consultation as appropriate. Maintain self‑reflection and self‑awareness. Create treatment plans with achievable, measurable objectives. Treat clients with respect while maintaining confidentiality. Comply with Terros Health policies and professional ethics. Maintain session structure and timeliness. Project a positive, professional image. Meet performance measures related to engagement, closure, and referrals to primary care. Ensure clients access primary care at least annually or as directed. Review service deliveries to ensure health outcomes. Collaborate with the treatment team keeping clients at the center. Engage in coordination of client care. Complete administrative responsibilities and documentation same day. Document progress notes reflecting evidence‑based treatment; complete intake paperwork on service day. Travel between sites and maintain punctuality. Maintain or obtain Arizona State license within one year of hire. Perform other duties assigned and maintain productivity metrics. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other activities as required. Perform special projects and assignments.
