Key Responsibilities As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll promote preschool readiness, emotional intelligence, and social skill development—while working closely with families. Curriculum & Instruction * Implement lesson plans based on developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and individualized instruction * Lead circle time, group activities, learning centers, and classroom transitions * Foster early academic skills including pre-literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and language development * Utilize observation and assessment tools to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly Family Communication & School Collaboration * Maintain open communication with families through daily updates, progress reports, and scheduled conferences * Support and attend family engagement events, parent education sessions, and school celebrations * Collaborate with school administrators and fellow teachers to ensure alignment with school goals and state licensing standards Qualifications * Minimum 1–2 years of classroom experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center * Proven ability to lead classroom activities and routines with confidence and consistency * Strong knowledge of child development, learning domains, and early intervention best practices

• Effective communication skills with children, families, and co-workers
• A love for young children and a commitment to their growth and well-being

Preferred Experience * Familiarity with curriculum models such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori is preferred, as our proprietary curriculum incorporates elements from both approaches.

• Knowledge of state child care licensing regulations and quality standards
• Background in inclusive education, sensory integration, or differentiated
