For more information, visit . Position Responsibilities: Develop and analyze financial models for prospective acquisitions, with a focus on operational feasibility and investment returns. Coordinate acquisition due diligence processes, including preparing due diligence materials, seller Q&A, managing third-party advisors and consultants, and working closely with internal stakeholders across departments. Support transaction execution, including documentation, coordination with advisors, and closing activities. Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentations for senior leadership. Conduct market research to identify high-potential geographic markets and acquisition targets using demographic, traffic, and competitive data. Use Placer AI to evaluate potential site performance and market dynamics. Analyze acquisition performance post-close to continuously improve underwriting assumptions. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support special projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, analytics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years of experience in acquisitions, corporate development, investment analysis, private equity, investment banking, or a related field, preferably within retail, convenience store, or commercial real estate sectors. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required; experience with data analytics platforms, Placer AI, and other financial modeling tools is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with self-motivated learning ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, positive, and results-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines. Willingness to travel periodically for site visits and market due diligence.
