Don’t settle for ordinary when extraordinary is within reach.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centers, including large bridge mills and horizontal machining centersMachine large, complex components (up to 100"+) to tight tolerancesInterpret blueprints, GD&T, and CAD/CAM programsPerform in-process inspections using precision measuring toolsAdjust offsets, tooling, and programs to maintain part qualityCollaborate with programmers and engineers to optimize machining processesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentDocument production activity and quality checks per company standardsQualifications5+ years of CNC machining experience (5-axis required)Experience with large-format machines (bridge mills, gantry mills, or large HMCs)Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint readingFamiliarity with aerospace/defense quality standards (AS9100 experience a plus)Ability to work with tight tolerances and complex geometriesExperience machining exotic alloys (Inconel, titanium, stainless) preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant)Preferred ExperienceExperience with machines such as OKK, Doosan, Awea, or similarExposure to 5-axis simultaneous machiningKnowledge of tooling strategies for large part machiningExperience in prototype and low-volume production environmentsPhysical & Mental Demands: The following physical and mental demands consist of, but are not limited to the following.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Regular standing, bending, and manual assembly work.Work performed in a clean, organized, controlled manufacturing settingWhy Join Us?100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid holidays and vacationFlexible start time (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM)Climate-controlled facilityOn-site fitness centerTobacco- and vape-free workplaceUnited CNC Machining is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
