Field Project Manager (Travel-Based | Commercial Construction) Are you a hands‑on construction professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and loves being out in the field? We’re hiring a Field Project Manager to oversee multi‑site commercial remodels and rollouts across the U.S. in the retail and restaurant space . You'll be the boots on the ground—ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and deliver exceptional quality. What You’ll Do Travel nationwide to oversee active job sites, monitor execution, and report progress Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, crews, and clients Manage multiple remodels and fast‑paced buildouts simultaneously Ensure schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety are all on point Handle daily reporting, site inspections, team meetings, and issue resolution What We’re Looking For 2+ years of construction experience (remodels, rollouts, or tenant improvements) Background in retail or restaurant environments (big‑box/QSR experience a plus) Strong field management, scheduling, and coordination skills Knowledge of MEP systems and ability to oversee multiple trades Great communicator, self‑starter, and solution‑oriented mindset Base salary: $65 K–$80 K + quarterly bonuses Company vehicle (based on performance) + gas card + corporate credit card Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance Ready to take your field leadership to the next level?
