Practice Manager Full-time onsite opportunity based in Miami Beach, FL. Position Overview The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-touch healthcare site, ensuring smooth workflows, strong team performance, and exceptional service delivery. This role will manage Patient Care Administrators and work closely with clinical leadership to support operational excellence, compliance, scheduling, member experience, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader with healthcare operations experience, strong people-management skills, and a hospitality-forward approach to patient care.
